📋 Description

• Generate demand among customers for KWS varieties within the assigned territory. • Develop and implement a sales action plan to achieve annual sales and margin targets. • Initiate and maintain direct contact and ongoing relationships with customers, prospects, distributors, and other relevant industry stakeholders. • Develop and implement annual trial plans to position new varieties in the region and create demand for future sales. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the product portfolio, as well as the ability to identify the key characteristics new varieties should have in order to stand out and deliver added value. • Monitor and report market data and information on acreage, prices, competitive activities, and market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Agronomy or Horticulture • 3+ years of experience in the vegetable seed industry is preferred • General experience in sales • Fluent English in word and writing, additional language(s) are an advantage
