• Work directly with KYB distributors, service shops/installers, retail customers and automotive centers in the Southern region; • Propose and support the launch of commercial campaigns in the installer and retail markets; • Prospect new customers and expand the KYB brand presence; • Promote sales triangulation to the installer market through KYB distributors; • Manage and expand the Tomodachi portfolio; • Conduct technical and commercial visits, recording all interactions in the CRM; • Assess parts reserved for warranty, issuing technical opinions and rejection reports when applicable; • Monitor and report competitor actions and market movements; • Collect strategic information to support actions that stimulate distributors' sell-out; • Support management in identifying supply gaps, item registration issues and unmet demands; • Participate in trade shows, events, field actions ("arrastão", "pit stop") and deliver technical and commercial training; • Support the Commercial Backoffice with internal activities related to the Southern region.
• Bachelor's degree completed • Preferably technical courses, technologist programs or degrees in commercial or administrative fields • Experience in customer service and sales • Experience in external fieldwork, preferably in the automotive or auto parts segment • Basic knowledge of automotive parts/suspension is a plus • Intermediate Excel • Analytical ability to interpret market information and customer data • Familiarity with ERP, CRM and BI systems • Basic English (desirable) • Proactive and results-oriented • Organized, with ability to manage routines and routes • Capacity for continuous learning • Independent, responsible and collaborative profile
