📋 Description

• Lead the design, integration, and evolution of the enterprise virtual assistant • Focus on enterprise IT solutions, including enterprise observability, backup & recovery, and contact center software • Translate business and operational needs into secure, scalable technical architectures • Partner closely with IT operations, service owners, and business stakeholders to define use cases • Ensure consistent enterprise-wide design principles while balancing innovation, security, and operational reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions that integrate multiple platforms and services • Strong experience with IT service management (ITSM) platforms, such as ServiceNow, including workflows, integrations, and service automation • Solid understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns using Azure, AWS, or GCP • Experience integrating identity, access management, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft Teams) • Working knowledge of APIs, web services, and event-driven architectures used to connect SaaS platforms • Familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance considerations in enterprise SaaS and AI solutions • Ability to provide technical leadership, including architecture guidance, design reviews, and solution standards • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple vendors and platforms • Bachelor's degree
