• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective SLED accounts, with a strong understanding of California government budget cycles and fiscal year planning • Navigate public sector procurement processes, including RFPs, RFIs, sole-source justifications, and cooperative purchasing vehicles (e.g., NASPO, OMNIA, GSA schedules) • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with public sector compliance, security, and accessibility requirements • Monitor legislative, regulatory, and policy developments at the state and local level that may impact client priorities or create new opportunities • Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives • Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment • Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins • Experience of managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology • Sound personal brand and presence in the industry • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
