📋 Description

• Process payroll with speed, precision, and compliance • Liaise with employees, internal teams, and third-party payroll vendors • Ensure company-specific pay policies are accurately reflected in payroll processing • Audit employee pay records and reconcile payroll data by department, location, and country • Coordinate third-party payroll system implementations and upgrades • Contribute to project planning, testing, and execution • Interpret and apply pay policies covering vacation, leave of absence, disability, workers’ compensation, union contracts, government regulations, and withholding exemptions • Verify compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws • Monitor regulatory changes and maintain compliant payroll processes • Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions using Excel macros, VBA, and RPA tools • Provide clear communication and support to stakeholders • Translate complex payroll information into actionable insights • Collaborate with colleagues and customers across Kyndryl’s global footprint

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in processing payroll and operations • Proficiency with payroll systems such as RPA, ADP, and EY payroll • Advanced MS Excel skills, including macros • Thorough understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance • Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and ticketing/incident management platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Keen attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively at various management levels • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, or Human Resources (preferred) • Certification in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits (preferred) • Knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility HR processes (preferred)
