📋 Description

• Participate in client discovery, business process discussions, fit-gap analysis, and business requirement gathering sessions • Prepare Functional Solution Designs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and deployment documentation • Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll • Define data conversion mappings, coordinate validation, support conversion testing, and resolve conversion errors • Prepare functional designs for integrations, reports, Fast Formulas, data conversions, and enhancements • Support unit testing, solution validation, and implementation troubleshooting • Collaborate with Core HR, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, General Ledger, and technical teams • Define SIT scenarios and coordinate end-to-end testing across Payroll and related modules • Participate in CRPs and UAT • Execute Parallel Payroll reconciliation and variance analysis, validating calculations, balances, taxes, earnings, deductions, costing, and results • Conduct remote client-facing knowledge transfer, configuration walkthroughs, and solution validation sessions • Support payroll cutover, production deployment, and approximately 30 days of post-go-live stabilization • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver project milestones

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of Oracle HCM experience with strong Oracle Cloud Payroll expertise • Hands-on experience with at least 3 Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations • At least one full end-to-end implementation from Discovery through Go-Live and Hypercare/Post-Production Support • Strong hands-on Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration experience • Experience with Core HR, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, and General Ledger • Experience gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, FSDs, configuration, data conversion, CRPs, SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll testing, deployment, and post-production support • Client-facing communication and presentation skills • Experience supporting remote customer engagements • Ability to work effectively with onshore and offshore functional and technical teams • Oracle Cloud HCM Release 25+
