📋 Description

• Join our team as a Delivery Partner and embark on a professional journey that goes far beyond simply delivering services • Build strong and lasting B2B relationships with clients • Communicate innovative solutions and navigate the complexities of Kyndryl’s diverse offerings • Lead, support, and represent Kyndryl to our clients • Contribute to sector, solution, and community initiatives • Govern and ensure the financial success of the engagements you directly manage

🎯 Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in project and/or service delivery • Ability to build effective teams across large organizations (around 100 people) to deliver services to clients, and to lead high-performing cross-functional teams • Capability to integrate multiple service areas to deliver seamless client solutions • Experience in managing and governing multi-year contracts in large-scale B2B engagements • Ability to become a trusted advisor to clients by understanding business needs and driving revenue growth • Deep knowledge of operations management and cost estimation, with the ability to manage P&L for large contracts
