📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Moveworks use cases, custom actions, and automated workflows using Moveworks Agent Studio • Design and build integrations between Moveworks and enterprise SaaS platforms, including ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and Okta • Develop REST API integrations and middleware-based solutions using OAuth and OpenID Connect authentication • Provide Level 3 production support, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes • Optimize AI virtual agent behavior and conversational flows through data analysis, testing, and knowledge-driven and generative AI capabilities • Work in Agile sprints with the Technical Platform Owner, ServiceNow development teams, and global internal stakeholders • Deliver user stories and technical requirements • Maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and execute release validation activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise application development experience • Strong hands-on proficiency with JavaScript and JSON formatting • Experience in integration design, development, and building REST API integrations • Practical experience with OAuth and OpenID Connect (OIDC) • Experience providing Level 3 production support and troubleshooting complex enterprise software issues • Experience working within Agile development environments • Must be located in Poland with full authorization to work locally • Hands-on experience with Moveworks Agent Studio or Moveworks platform implementations preferred • Experience with ServiceNow application development, integrations, IT Service Management (ITSM), or HR service delivery processes preferred • Experience with Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams platform development, Power Platform, or Azure Integration Services preferred • Familiarity with AI-powered employee experience platforms, virtual agent platforms, or conversational AI technologies preferred • Relevant ServiceNow certifications or qualifications related to Azure Large Language Models (LLMs) preferred
