📋 Description

• Ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time • Acting as a bridge between employees and third-party payroll vendors • Spearheading the coordination of third-party payroll system implementations and upgrades • Interpreting pay policies and ensuring accurate calculations • Staying up-to-date with federal and state payroll requirements • Involved in the offboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition for former employees

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge about Payroll, Offboarding and Accounting Processes • Experience with payroll programs and MS Office Suite • High degree of professionalism and ability to communicate with various levels of management • Good understanding of employment law, regulatory and legal compliance to meet country specific requirements • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail-oriented • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
