📋 Description

• Planning, managing and implementing digital campaigns across key paid channels, with a main focus on TikTok and Meta • Activating campaigns and analysing results to make optimisations and maximise performance • Using a ‘test and learn’ approach to continually improve campaign performance against KPIs • Building and maintaining strong relationships across departments and with clients • Presenting findings to clients regularly and reporting on campaign performance • Making data-led recommendations to enhance performance • Staying up to date with channel updates and suggesting changes to campaigns where needed

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of the paid social advertising landscape • 3+ years of experience in digital paid media roles (TikTok / Meta / YouTube) • Proven track record of improving campaign performance through data analysis • Confidence managing paid media budgets of $500k+ • High proficiency in Excel • Strong numeracy and analytical skills • Ownership mindset and high attention to detail on administrative tasks • Ability to make and justify decisions that drive client performance • Comfort working with clients and teams across multiple countries and time zones.
