• Responsible for forming and leading capture team to increase win probability • Identify gaps and conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis • Determine resources needed for business opportunity • Advocate for bid strategies and manage award transitions • Support proposal team in consulting role post approved Gate 2 • Manage capture process and prioritize team activities • Establish capture team and manage staffing requests • Validate Customer Value Propositions • Conduct lessons learned/analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience • Secret US Security Clearance (preferred) • Proven track record of leading captures from opportunity identification through Gate reviews • Competitive assessment skills including Black Hat sessions • Skilled in building disciplined capture plans • Established relationships with senior government customers • Strong competency in competitive assessment and opportunity shaping • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, or recent background investigation is preferred • Understanding tactical communications and related architectures • Recent experience in the US defense sector
