📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more • Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle • Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes • Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect • Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines • Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 2 years of prior related experience. • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required. • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors • Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting • Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations, etc.)
