📋 Description

• Contribute to challenging infrastructure projects across the entire project lifecycle—from strategic planning through successful implementation • Support clients in the end-to-end transformation of complex infrastructure projects • Identify opportunities for optimization and develop pragmatic solutions • Drive efficiency, digitalization, and modern project governance to create measurable value • Support the management, structuring, prioritization, and implementation of key project requirements • Create transparency in complex situations and prepare well-founded decision-making materials • Support implementation activities on site at the client’s premises • Help establish effective project structures and manage stakeholders • Support project teams in delivering consistent results in dynamic environments

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business administration, (industrial) engineering, or a comparable field • Ideally, initial practical experience gained through internships or working student roles in consulting or infrastructure projects • Open, communicative personality with confidence in interacting with clients and project teams • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics • Analytical mindset • Flexibility in a dynamic consulting environment • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with a minimum C1 level in each language
