📋 Description

• Advise clients on transformation, digitalization, and IT management • Identify clients’ organizational challenges • Develop tailored solutions together with clients • Shape change processes with employees and management across various client industries and public administration • Help further develop the consulting offering by contributing experience and new methodologies • Optionally provide professional leadership to Junior Consultants on joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Initial project and/or consulting experience in transformation and digitalization within an IT-related environment • Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum, or PRINCE2 • Strong interest in effectively organizing and managing IT in a digital world • Understanding of the challenges at the interface between IT and business • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German • You do not need to meet all of the listed requirements; any gaps in knowledge can be acquired on the job
