📋 Description

• Independently manage end-to-end Payroll Time processes for assigned pay groups within Workday. • Analyze time data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement. • Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to support business leaders, audits, compliance requirements, and workforce analysis. • Support complex employee and manager inquiries through detailed time data analysis and issue resolution. • Develop and execute testing scenarios, including user acceptance testing (UAT), system enhancements, and new feature releases. • Process and validate retroactive time transactions while ensuring compliance with company policy and statutory requirements. • Monitor payroll time controls, identify process risks and control gaps, and implement corrective actions. • Partner with Payroll and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights, automation, AI tools, and reporting capabilities. • Manage project deliverables from initiation through implementation, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness. • Support Workday Time module administration and contribute to system optimization efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5 or more years of experience in Payroll and/or Time-to-Pay • 2 or more years of experience in payroll time regulations for Germany • Fluency in both English and German • Strong knowledge of payroll time systems, preferably Workday Time. • Intermediate Excel skills required; Power BI experience preferred.
