• Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, sponsor-determined flags, and test cancellations according to the Statement of Work (SOW) • Monitor, track, and resolve accession holds; inform the Supervisor and associated Project Manager of delays • Update the database and inform personnel of additional testing needs • Support sites and sponsors with project-related questions via phone and email • Adhere to management communications, meetings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Assist with implementing global processes and procedures • Track and report management-defined metrics within agreed timelines • Document and resolve service failures, escalating to management when appropriate • Act as a liaison for internal and external clients • Communicate investigator site needs during discussions of new policies or procedures • Promote a culture where patient safety is the top priority • Address and escalate patient safety issues as needed • Explore investigator needs before implementing new processes and procedures
• High school degree • 6 months or more of experience in customer service • Fluency in English and German or Spanish or French • Ability to work Monday-Friday from 11AM to 8PM EET or other hours if required • Saturday shift required once every 2 months • Self-motivated with strong verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and good organizational skills • Ability to work as a team member and independently • Ability to handle multiple tasks and distractions while maintaining a professional manner • College or university degree preferred
