📋 Description

• Serve as key contact for clients and liaison between clients, CROs, and Labcorp • Lead interactions among Labcorp study team members to ensure seamless study delivery • Provide project management oversight for key client deliverables, budgets, risks, and milestones • Facilitate communications between clients and the extended Labcorp study team • Review statements of work for quality implementation of client specifics and requirements • Manage a portfolio of global, high-complexity studies • Act as a client ambassador within Labcorp Central Lab Services and across Labcorp business units • Document and act on customer expectations in compliance with regulatory requirements • Manage conflicting priorities and make difficult decisions in dynamic timelines and priorities • Implement, monitor, and report performance metrics • Contribute to continuous process improvement, quality, and productivity initiatives • Work with internal and external personnel to understand assigned client culture and pipeline • Build internal and external relationships to deliver on time and within budget • Participate in functional meetings and keep processes up to date • Comply with the LCLS Global Project Management strategy • Support continuous improvement, quality, and productivity • Perform other duties as assigned • Support Central Labs clinical trial projects in phases I–IV for a key pharmaceutical client account • Lead complex global studies, stakeholder communications, risk and timeline management, cross-functional collaboration, and client service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree • 5 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry • 5 or more years of experience managing complex global clinical projects, including budget, risk, timeline and stakeholder management • 5 or more years of experience in client-facing and stakeholder management • 2 or more years of Central Labs experience • Proven ability to drive project execution, influence cross-functional teams and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Ability to lead client communications, manage expectations, influence outcomes, and build long-term trusted partnerships • Demonstrated leadership skills, including influencing without direct authority, aligning cross-functional teams, and removing roadblocks • Proven ability to contribute to broader client, operational, and organizational objectives • Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach • Demonstrated success in process improvement, change management, or operational excellence initiatives • Excellent understanding of clinical trials, project management methodologies, and clinical development processes • Strong ownership mindset, accountability, independent decision-making, and successful execution of complex projects • Proven ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive solutions • Monday–Friday work schedule • Preferred: Master degree or University degree • Preferred: Project Management training or certification (PMP, Prince2)
