📋 Description

• Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned customer or multiple functional team members • Allocate resources to implement and execute project plans and achieve agreed service levels • Manage workload balance and participate in resource management across global teams • Ensure seamless integration of team services and consistent implementation, use, and review of SOPs • Coordinate and monitor progress toward team goals • Implement, monitor, and report performance metrics and take corrective action • Execute department or customer strategy and communicate strategy to the team and/or customer • Develop the team and ensure a competent workforce to meet growth plans within budget • Establish and monitor performance objectives and complete performance evaluations for direct reports • Manage customer complaints, issues, concerns, and service failures through resolution • Foster continuous improvement, quality, and productivity • Apply best practices in budget and risk management and maintain accurate Workfront records • Lead client relationship, milestone, communication, and escalation management • Consult with customers to understand needs and tailor delivery processes • Collaborate across CLS functions and Business Units to remove barriers and optimize client delivery • Assist project management leadership with team operations and supervision • Work with Business Development Directors to understand customer culture and evolving needs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • 3 or more years of customer leadership experience • Fluency in English • Bachelor degree preferred • 1 or more years of people management/supervision experience preferred • Availability to work Monday–Friday during standard hours
