📋 Description

• Simultaneously work with clients from a diverse list of industries • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong collaboration • Manage annotation teams to guarantee smooth execution and timely delivery of projects • Monitor team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team • Keep track of key metrics to measure the success of the client’s request and the team, and identify areas for improvement and automatization • Proactively mediate and resolve clients' and annotators' concerns or issues • Train annotation teams and supervisors

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) • 1-2 years of experience in data annotation industry, managing teams and client relationships • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and the company • Mature and responsible attitude • Innovation mindset and the ability to be flexible • Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in IT outsourcing companies is a great plus • Desire to advance in AI & annotation services is a great plus • Good sense of humor is a great plus
