📋 Description

• As part of a two-person team, you take responsibility for the site • You advise prospective customers on‑site and by phone — always with a listening ear for their needs and concerns • Renting the storage units and the associated administrative tasks are your responsibility • Support our tenants and assist with questions or concerns • General administrative duties where you keep an overview • You work closely with our technical department and ensure our facilities are kept in excellent condition

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or experience in a service‑oriented field (e.g., sales, hospitality, rental, service) • A service‑oriented attitude and enjoyment of direct customer contact • An open, communicative and team‑oriented personality • The ability to remain calm and solution‑focused in challenging situations • Team spirit, personal responsibility and enjoyment in working together to achieve results
