📋 Description

• Lead client onboarding from pre-kickoff through launch • Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, flag risks, and keep internal teams aligned • Conduct kickoff calls, discovery and training sessions, and check-ins with client stakeholders • Partner with Account Management and the Engineering team to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate client expectations • Assess each client's CRM environment and document how leads, appointments, and agent attribution should flow end to end • Translate client requirements and CRM realities into clear technical requirements for engineering and for client technical contacts • Coordinate and validate API based lead delivery during launch • Troubleshoot and escalate integration issues with full context • Contribute to the implementation playbook, onboarding workflows, and standardized integration templates

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 6 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or technical project management • Working knowledge of CRM architecture: lead objects, workflows, automation rules, and how data flows between systems • Comfortable discussing API based integrations at a requirements level with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong project management skills and ability to own multiple concurrent onboardings • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, NotebookLM), Confluence, and Slack • Experience using project management tools (Zoho Projects, Linear, or equivalent)
