📋 Description

• Monitor storage usage, identify bottlenecks, and plan expansions or improvements to prevent future issues; • Define and enforce data retention, backup, and archival policies, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations; • Diagnose and resolve storage-related issues, minimizing impact on organizational operations; • Perform updates, patches, and maintenance of storage hardware and software to ensure system stability and security; • Maintain detailed records of configurations, procedures, incidents, and improvements made to storage systems; • Participate in projects to expand or upgrade storage infrastructure, ensuring integration and compatibility; • Implement security measures, access controls, and encryption to protect stored information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology (IT) or a related field. • Must demonstrate experience in the specified specialty through entries in the Work and Social Security Card (Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social) or a declaration from a public or private institution where you previously worked, covering at minimum: installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of storage solutions based on Storage Area Network (SAN) technology. • ITIL 4 training with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours. • Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher. • HCIA – Storage V5.0 Course, or a later version.
