📋 Description

• Configure, administer and monitor storage devices and systems, such as SAN or other types of networked storage; • Monitor storage usage, identify bottlenecks and plan expansions or improvements to prevent future issues; • Define and enforce data retention, backup and archiving policies, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations; • Diagnose and resolve storage-related issues, minimizing impact on the organization's operations; • Perform updates, patches and maintenance of storage hardware and software to ensure system stability and security; • Maintain detailed records of configurations, procedures, incidents and improvements performed on storage systems; • Participate in expansion or upgrade projects for storage infrastructure, ensuring integration and compatibility; • Implement security measures, access controls and encryption to protect stored information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field. • Must demonstrate, through employment records (Carteira de Trabalho and Previdência Social) or a declaration from a public or private institution, experience in the specified specialty in critical corporate environments with high availability, covering at minimum: installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Storage Area Network (SAN)-based storage solutions. • ITIL 4 training with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours. • Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher. • HCIA – Storage V5.0 Course certification, or a later version.
