📋 Description

• Act as a consultative partner to the business areas. • Focus on enabling commercial structures and solutions for clients. • Exposure to regulatory matters and innovation (DLT and Artificial Intelligence). • Manage relationships with strategic clients. • Balance legal risk with business opportunity. • Operate in a pragmatic, collaborative and solution-oriented manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association). • Knowledge of Corporate/Business Law, M&A, Civil and Contract Law. • Experience with commercial contracts, corporate governance (limited liability companies — LTDA and corporations — S.A.), due diligence and document organization. • Ability to analyze legislation, regulations and resolutions. • Experience handling regulatory matters before the CVM and BACEN (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission and Central Bank of Brazil). • Preferred: familiarity with CVM regulation and fund structures. • Analytical profile. • Strong communication skills. • Proactivity. • Curiosity and willingness to learn and deepen expertise. • Organizational skills. • Problem-solving ability. • Adaptability to work in a dynamic business environment.
