• Translate organizational priorities and theory of change into clear campaign strategies and implementation plans • Partner with the Chief of Campaigns to translate organizational strategy into high impact, executable campaign plans • Oversee the design, execution, and performance of multi-issue campaigns across corporate accountability, political advocacy, and culture change • Ensure campaigns are fully integrated across online and offline tactics • Drive clarity on campaign goals, timelines, success metrics, and outcomes
• 10+ years of experience in campaigns, advocacy, organizing, or movement building • 5+ years of experience managing senior leaders and leading leaders • Proven track record of executing large scale, high impact campaigns • Strong experience in integrating organizing, digital, communications, and policy strategies • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex environments
