• Build and develop your own customer base in the Rhein-Main focus region • Guide prospects from the initial meeting through to contract signing • Represent LAVA ENERGY at trade fairs, industry events and within your network • Work closely with technical sales support, project management and executive management to turn ideas into practical solutions
• Sales experience, ideally with ties to the real estate or energy sectors • Enthusiasm for the housing industry, innovation, and climate-optimized energy supply • Ability to listen, ask the right questions, and develop tailored solutions • Negotiation skills, closing strength and a professional, authentic presence • Independent, structured working style and a passion for inspiring people
