• Send ID checks and client care letters via our e-verification system (Legl) • Troubleshoot client issues and review verification results • Certify ID for clients using paper-based checks • Learn what qualifies as valid ID and source of funds documentation • Open and manage new legal files in LEAP • Ensure compliance requirements are completed accurately • Support both consultants and the internal legal team • Help onboard new consultants and provide professional, friendly support • Build strong working relationships across the business • Respond to queries by email, phone, or Teams • Collaborate with teammates to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience working within an admin, operational or customer support role • A genuine love of organisation, detail, and process • Strong communication and problem-solving skills - you’re calm under pressure and confident in resolving issues quickly • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests at once • Proactive - you take ownership, spot gaps, and act on them • A passion for improving legal services and making a difference through technology • Professional, discreet, and reliable – especially with sensitive client data
