📋 Description

• Electronically file petitions, motions, briefs, appeals, and other legal documents through court systems • Submit documents through electronic case-management systems, such as PJe, e-SAJ, Eproc, Projudi, and others • Review documents, petitions, attachments, and case information before filing • Monitor filings by verifying receipt, submission confirmation, and issuance of filing receipts • Conduct queries and searches in court systems to validate case information • Identify and address inconsistencies, submission errors, system outages, and filing-related pending issues • Organize and store filing receipts and related documents • Respond to requests from legal teams and other departments regarding filing status • Liaise with responsible teams to resolve discrepancies and complete requests within deadlines • Contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization, and optimization of filing workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, already completed, without an active Brazilian Bar (OAB) license (required) • Experience with electronically filing legal documents through court systems • Experience with procedural routines, deadline control, and monitoring legal requests • Experience reviewing documents, petitions, and attachments before submission • Knowledge of electronic filing systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, Eproc, Projudi, or similar platforms • Experience with operational controls, spreadsheet updates, and productivity tracking • Ability to identify inconsistencies and resolve issues related to filing procedures • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel (filters, tables, and basic formulas) • Analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and information • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to identify inconsistencies and perform data checks • Logical reasoning • Proactivity and a sense of urgency • Commitment to deadlines and quality deliverables • Ability to handle large volumes of information • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ease interacting with different departments • Autonomy and accountability in managing requests • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Continuous-improvement mindset focused on process optimization
