• Own the end-to-end ordering process for all slotted media • Conduct rigorous quality checks on TV and radio creative • Act as primary point of contact for external production house • Partner with the copyediting team to review monthly client offers • Nurture professional relationships by providing proactive updates
🎯 Requirements
• 1–2 years in ad operations, media production, or high-volume project management role • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proficiency in CRM/DAM environments • Comfortable toggling between Mac and Microsoft Office ecosystems • Ability to stay organized and composed while managing tight deadlines and high-volume output
