⢠Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business vision and goals ⢠Design and implement long-term HR strategy aligned with company growth ⢠Lead cultural transformation: systematise practices, strengthen values, and ensure alignment with business goals ⢠Support managers in building high-performing teams through coaching and feedback ⢠Drive performance management processes with a focus on growth and transparency ⢠Own the entire employee journey: onboarding, adaptation, retention, and offboarding ⢠Collect and act on employee feedback and integrate it into decision-making ⢠Build and strengthen employer brand to attract and retain talent ⢠Set up and continuously improve HR processes from hiring to exit ⢠Use HR analytics to measure and guide people-related decisions
đŻ Requirements
⢠3+ years in HR roles with proven experience in strategic HR or HR Business Partner positions ⢠Proficiency in English (B2+) ⢠Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills ⢠Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build processes from scratch
