•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus. •8+ years of progressive experience in sales and/or account management within the healthcare technology or health plan or provider industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic accounts. •Exceptional sales, relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with senior executives. •Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal). •Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive measurable results. •Proven ability to identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts. •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. •Understanding of the US health plan market, including payer business models, priorities, and challenges preferred. •Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset. •Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools. •Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
