📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for League’s customer base, outlining clear objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive revenue growth. • Proactively identify and execute opportunities for expansion within League’s customer base, including cross-selling new products and services, and expanding the scope of partnerships. • Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within League’s customer base • Serve as the voice of the customer within League’s Growth Leadership Team, ensuring their needs and priorities are understood and addressed across relevant internal teams (Product, Marketing, etc.). • Oversee League’s portfolio of contract renewals and amendments, ensuring timely and accurate execution by League’s account management team • Represent League at industry events and executive-level meetings with clients. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer health, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to internal stakeholders. • Work with the AVP Value Realization to measure impact and ensure customers are consistently achieving their desired business outcomes and realizing the full value of League's platform and services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. • An advanced degree is a plus.10+ years of progressive experience in sales and/or account management leadership within the healthcare technology or health plan or provider industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic accounts. • Strong ability to build, manage and lead a high-performing team of sales & account management professionalsExceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with senior executives. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal). • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive measurable results. • Proven ability to identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. • Understanding of the US health plan market, including payer business models, priorities, and challenges preferred. • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset. • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools. • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
