📋 Description

• Define, evolve, and govern the corporate data architecture. • Establish standards for ingestion, transformation, modeling, consumption, governance, and security. • Guide decisions on dimensional modeling, data marts, semantic layer, and canonical metrics. • Design integration strategies with APIs, databases, event streams, files, and internal systems. • Define standards for Data Contracts, schema versioning, testing, and downstream compatibility. • Support the selection and evolution of tools such as dbt, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Airbyte, data catalog, lineage, and observability platforms. • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear architectural solutions. • Review technical designs, PRDs, SPECs, RFCs, and architectural decisions. • Create guardrails for governance, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), data classification, access control, and auditing. • Support platform strategies for AI/ML and self-service analytics. • Provide technical mentorship to engineers and analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in data architecture, data engineering, or data platform roles. • Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Lakehouse, and cloud architecture. • Experience with Medallion architecture, dimensional modeling, data marts, and data products. • Proficiency in SQL, analytical modeling, and transformation best practices. • Hands-on experience with dbt, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Airbyte, or equivalents. • Knowledge of governance, LGPD, lineage, cataloging, quality, ownership, and metadata management. • Ability to define technical standards, document decisions, and guide implementation. • Strong executive and technical communication skills.
