âą Conduct surveys and diagnostics to understand the client's processes, challenges and needs. âą Support the mapping of technical and business requirements to build appropriate solutions. âą Work directly on the implementation of Matera solutions, such as clearing, reconciliation and settlement systems (Matera CCS), payment methods and digital banking. âą Participate in the configuration and implementation of Matera JUD solutions (judicial/legal demands). âą Collaborate with the development team to adapt and customize products according to the requirements of each project. âą Execute and monitor integration and acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the quality and operation of solutions before production. âą Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and report opportunities for improvement and system optimization. âą Stay up to date with new regulations and market practices to suggest innovations in solutions. âą Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectation alignment and smooth project delivery.
âą Proven prior experience in the implementation or maintenance of Matera solutions. âą Solid/practical knowledge of Matera CCS and Matera JUD. âą Experience participating in technology projects involving requirements analysis, system configuration, and technical support. âą Intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational databases. âą Experience with project management tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, MS Project). âą Analytical skills for data processing and analysis. âą Strong communication skills to lead technical meetings and client alignments. âą Results-oriented, with the ability to solve moderately complex problems. âą Adaptability, resilience, and ease of working in a team.
