📋 Description

• Responsible for designing, proposing, developing, and delivering technical solutions for systems and integrations • Work across all stages of development for projects requested by business stakeholders to the IT department • Be part of a multidisciplinary team and take responsibility for the full software development lifecycle • Participate in software development projects, proposing, developing, and delivering technical solutions that are secure and scalable • Have experience working as a Full-Stack developer • Familiarity with development best practices • Collaborate with other team members to resolve existing challenges • Write, code, and test software for the systems being developed • Identify and fix bugs • Maintain existing systems

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable with front-end and back-end coding languages • Flexible and able to communicate with professionals of diverse backgrounds • Familiar with Agile methodologies • Possess a critical mindset to review your own code and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization • Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to learn independently • Enjoy being challenged daily and solving performance and architectural problems • Strong technical background and soft skills for building good relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team • Experience working on large or complex projects • Adaptable and flexible to changes and various working arrangements • Meet commitments by delivering agreed-upon tasks on time within planned schedules • Have the mindset to simplify complex implementations • Experience in system integrations, business analysis, and data architecture • Proven experience as a full stack developer or in a similar role (at least 4 years)
