📋 Description

• Take ownership of the adoption process for wastewater assets • Establish, monitor, and refine processes for compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements • Lead inspections and oversee the identification and resolution of defects • Ensure assets are handed over to the Asset Management Team with necessary information • Provide regular reports demonstrating compliance with obligations and performance indicators • Forecast adoption timelines and ensure reporting aligns with business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Comprehensive expertise in wastewater systems and sewerage design • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including Ofwat, EA, Defra, DCG, and SuDS • Proven experience in engineering assurance, inspection, and technical review of wastewater infrastructure • Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities • Ability to interpret and apply legal agreements, such as Section 104 • Demonstrate project management and governance capabilities • Proficient in computer applications and technical reporting
