📋 Description

• As the primary point of contact, you are responsible for professionally handling inquiries from the clients of our partner insurance providers • You conduct inbound calls with our customers (no sales, no legal advice) and ensure careful documentation and maintenance of customer records in our CRM system • Acting as a central interface, you forward issues to the responsible lawyers for individual and expert handling • You identify the needs of new and existing customers and provide all relevant information about the process • Service-oriented consultation and supporting customers with their individual concerns are among your main responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Business-fluent German skills, both written and spoken • Completed commercial apprenticeship or initial experience in customer service or the hospitality/hotel sector • Availability: 30–40 hours/week (Mon–Fri) • Good knowledge of Google Workspace • Excellent communication skills • Friendly and service-oriented manner • Careful and reliable working style • Professional handling of customers • Quick to get up to speed on new topics
