📋 Description

• Oversee accounting and tax deliverables: reviews, financial statements, tax packs, VAT/corporate tax, and recurring tax returns • Ensure quality control: control points, reviews, technical guidance, deliverable standards, and risk management • Serve as the technical reference for complex engagements • Lead a team of accountants: organize work, set priorities, develop skills, and run regular follow-up cadences • Participate in recruitment (selection, testing, onboarding) and ongoing training • Establish a culture of technical excellence, efficiency, and accountability • Standardize and automate processes: data collection, pre-checks, reminders, and closing procedures • Build and evolve service offerings (packaging, service levels, pricing, SLAs)

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a DEC (French Chartered Accountant diploma) • Minimum 5 years' experience in a firm, with strong supervision/review experience • Entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy building, structuring, improving, and scaling • Natural leadership: ability to engage, train, and challenge teams • Comfortable with data and KPIs to manage operational production • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and client orientation
