📋 Description

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Develop and maintain performance metrics to track progress, compliance, and outcomes for FAA programs and offices. • Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement. • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used for analysis and reporting. • Design and develop visually appealing and intuitive dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations. • Use data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView to create interactive and user-friendly reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and design solutions that communicate key insights effectively. • Research industry best practices and provide recommendations for improving program management, data analysis, and reporting practices. • Support program and project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. • Prepare executive-level project briefings, decision memos, and reports that clearly communicate program status, risks, and recommendations. • Develop, review, and edit technical documentation, project reports, and executive correspondence.

🎯 Requirements

• BA degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, PowerApps, and Power Automate to design dashboards, automate workflows, and present analytical data. • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical monitoring and reporting. • Strong Technical Writing skills, with ability to draft clear, concise and accurate reports and presentations. • Proven ability to produce and communicate high quality Executive presentations and communications, including drafting reports, memos, or responses for senior leadership and external stakeholders. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions. • Optimistic attitude, poise, and team player.
