📋 Description

• Development and production deployment of LLM-based agents and RAG pipelines • Design of AI architectures including retrieval, embeddings, vector databases and tool integration • Connecting AI components to existing systems and data sources • Development of clean, high-performance services primarily in Python • Integration with .NET/C# components and, if required, MS Dynamics environments • Designing interfaces and end-to-end data flows • Working in a documentation-compliant manner • Participation in reviews and continuous improvement of solution quality • Interdisciplinary collaboration within the Lekker Code team • Active contribution to building out the AI competency area

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of software development experience with a clear Python focus • Clean, maintainable code • Independent, solution-oriented working style • Practical experience with LLMs, agent frameworks and RAG, e.g. LangChain or LlamaIndex • Understanding of embeddings, vector databases and prompt/context engineering • C# / .NET is an advantage but not required • Openness to additional technologies depending on the project • Experience in agile projects, especially Scrum or Kanban • Business-fluent German (verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse)
