📋 Description
• Drive online user acquisition and engagement strategies across international markets • Scale influencer networks to execute high-impact campaigns • Develop B2B online growth partnerships and lead PR efforts • Cultivate active online communities to strengthen brand presence • Collaborate on content to translate audience insights into compelling ad creatives • Own metrics for key financial and growth indicators • Track churn and manage the transactor lifecycle • Act as cultural ambassador for the Philippines market
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant experience in influencer management or digital growth roles • Strong background in influencer marketing and community building • Deep understanding of ad content creation, A/B testing and campaign optimisation • Highly analytical mindset • Excellent communication skills • Strategic and execution-focused • Relationship-driven • Experience with CRM platforms and churn tracking is nice to have • Fintech, remittance or financial services background is nice to have
