📋 Description
• Develop sales of Phileo Ruminants products across the Europe region • Support local commercial and technical teams • Participate in the development of new solutions and services • Attend internal and external technical training • Contribute to the implementation of the Ruminants strategy • Manage and expand a network of key opinion leaders • International travel required, at least 50% of the time
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in agronomy, veterinary medicine, or a PhD • More than 10 years of experience in ruminant nutrition • Strong practical knowledge of ruminant nutrition • Excellent analytical skills • Customer-centric mindset • Ability to influence through indirect leadership • Strong and diplomatic communicator • English essential; additional languages are a plus
