📋 Description

• Develop and maintain integrations between healthcare systems, ensuring interoperability and reliable transmission of clinical data • Build and enhance digital products that support beneficiaries throughout their care journey • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams, ensuring technical decisions align with the company’s strategic direction • Seek flexible, adaptable, and simple solutions that can keep pace with changes in product direction • Proactively identify and mitigate team bottlenecks and challenges, proposing improvements to keep the team productive and engaged • Support and mentor less experienced developers by sharing knowledge and helping build the team • Actively participate in team refinement sessions and ceremonies • Propose technological improvements and advocate for development best practices • Support the products owned by the squad • Make architectural decisions and raise the team’s technical standards • Use artificial intelligence for AI-assisted development, agent building, and the creation of healthcare solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of software development experience • Experience with mission-critical systems and/or complex integrations, preferably in healthcare • Node.js • Serverless Framework • AWS Cloud • Experience developing system integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols • Experience with healthcare integrations and the FHIR healthcare data interoperability standard • Knowledge of React for full-stack work when needed (a plus) • Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to product and integration development (a major plus) • Experience building AI agents (a major plus) • Experience with AI-assisted development, using these tools to enhance productivity and quality, with the critical judgment to review and understand generated output (a major plus) • Autonomy and maturity to make technical decisions and take responsibility for them • Ability to positively influence the team by guiding colleagues and sharing knowledge • Clear and collaborative communication • Business awareness and empathy for the end customer • Interest in and aptitude for learning and working with professionals at different levels of experience • Proactive mindset
