• B2C Experience. • Experience with CSM tools. • Excellent level of English. • Strong interpersonal skills, and an excellent team player. • High motivation to always learn new things and innovate current processes. • Organizational skills. • A passion for providing excellent customer service, and an understanding of its importance. • Legal knowledge.
