📋 Description

• Provide expert support to international customers, addressing their applications needs and resolving equipment and software issues • Lead and mentor junior staff, encouraging professional development and high performance • Ensure timely and successful completion of work according to the planned schedule • Independently lead projects to support building improvements, software application and control testing, and applications development • Work together with Engineering, Software, Science, and Production groups on special projects • Maintain a positive attitude and promote continuous improvement within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related area, or equivalent experience • Over 7 years of experience in genetics and/or molecular biology • Proven expertise in oligo synthesis, PCR, Real-Time PCR, nucleic acid purification, data analysis, and experimental development • Outstanding skills in customer interaction and communication • Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight • Strong abilities in strategic and creative thinking • Passion for problem-solving and delivering world-class solutions to customers • Broad experience in the area of genetics and/or molecular biology • Working knowledge of oligo synthesis, PCR, Real-Time PCR, nucleic acid purification, data analysis, and experimental development • Proven track record of successfully implementing solutions in a customer-focused environment.
