📋 Description

• Handling inbound calls and warm leads • Consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits • Converting sales leads into policyholders • Representing the Liberty brand • Connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs • Adapting to different environments and schedules

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred • 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance License (Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license)
