📋 Description

• Own the go-to-market strategy and commercial expansion for Brazil • Identify and engage target advertisers, brands, e-commerce companies, and agencies • Activate an existing network to reach performance marketing decision-makers directly • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities from prospecting through closing • Develop media plans and commercial proposals with internal teams • Understand clients’ acquisition goals and position solutions accordingly • Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand partnerships • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from commercial discussions to campaign delivery • Own revenue generation and commercial performance in the market • Feed market intelligence back to leadership to shape Brazil/LATAM expansion

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing, performance advertising, AdTech, MarTech, digital advertising, or affiliate marketing • Solid B2B sales experience within the digital advertising/performance marketing ecosystem • Established professional network in Brazil with direct relationships with performance marketing decision-makers at relevant brands, advertisers, e-commerce companies, or agencies • Track record of opening doors and generating new business through existing relationships • Strong understanding of performance-driven, outcome-based advertising models • Experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing • Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills • Comfortable building a market from the ground up with minimal existing structure • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven • Fluent Portuguese and strong professional English • Strong advantage: existing relationships with a meaningful share of the target account list • Strong advantage: experience selling performance solutions to e-commerce, FMCG, travel, or other high-investment digital advertising sectors • Strong advantage: experience with international AdTech, MarTech, or performance marketing companies • Strong advantage: track record launching or expanding a business in a new market • Strong advantage: strong grasp of the Brazilian digital advertising landscape
