📋 Description

• Keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Safety suite • Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand requirements • Design requested and proactively identified customer solutions • Act as customer liaison between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams • Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices through post-implementation programs • Drive change management for customers switching from on-premises to SaaS solutions • Support assigned biopharmaceutical customers using Vault Safety after implementation • Provide guidance, discuss Vault changes, and apply required configurations • Collaborate with Veeva teams and product management to communicate customer requirements and improve delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of life sciences industry experience, with the majority of time spent in the Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance domain and experience in a consulting function • Knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and regulations • Decent experience writing complex SQL queries on safety data sets • Experience implementing safety systems such as Aris, Argus, Emperica, Commonwealth, RxLogix, or a home-grown safety system • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure delivery to a high degree of satisfaction • Good to have experience building aggregate and analytical reports on safety data sets • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal • Previous individual contributor experience • Ability to understand business requirements, create solution designs, and design and deliver Vault Safety • Exposure to life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements • Ability to travel about 25% of project time • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required • Attitude and mindset focused on customer success
