📋 Description

• Take new cases and follow up on all active cases • Document cases • Ensure escalated cases are getting traction • Check the mailbox for reopened cases, community and process updates, and emails related to open cases • Attend weekly meetings with a Team Lead • Attend workshops and Q&A sessions as needed • Participate in pilots • Update trackers requested by Team Leads • Handle M365 support tickets received by phone, email, and chat • Address questions about M365 web applications, domain registration and purchasing, Office downloads and installation, and M365 features

🎯 Requirements

• Native or full professional Spanish fluency required • High level of English fluency and professionalism • Innovative, solution-oriented, and able to follow through with customers until concerns are resolved • Experience with Exchange Online • Experience with SharePoint Online • Experience managing and troubleshooting Skype for Business Online, Teams, and OneDrive • Experience with DirectSync (AD Connect) setup and configuration • Experience with DNS and DNS setup • Knowledge of ADFS • Basic knowledge of PowerShell commands and scripting • Ability to deploy apps in a Microsoft 365 environment • Ability to build team competency to deliver customer requirements • Freelancer must provide required tools and equipment • Windows 11 Pro compatible laptop/PC with latest updates activated using a genuine product key • Dual-boot laptop/PC with a personal/work partition and a project-dedicated environment • Minimum 16GB RAM • Intel 8th generation or newer processor, or AMD equivalent • TPM 2.0 • Minimum 160GB SSD with 64GB free partition space • LAN connection required; WiFi cannot be used to connect to provided systems • Minimum 50 Mbps upload/download internet speed • No third-party antivirus; Microsoft Defender only with latest update • Microsoft Teams-compatible webcam with at least 720p resolution • USB 3.0 Microsoft Teams-compliant microphone and headset with background noise cancellation • At least one monitor with 1368x720 or higher resolution; dual monitors strongly suggested
