📋 Description

• Lead ground-mounted solar and large-scale battery storage projects in North-East Germany through successful completion • Establish close, long-term relationships with key regional stakeholders • Initiate development planning procedures with local authorities • Bring projects to ready-to-build (RTB) stage • Identify and acquire project sites • Manage stakeholders, including municipalities, authorities, agricultural cooperatives, and landowners • Lead development planning and building permit procedures • Manage external consultants and third-party service providers • Identify M&A opportunities for solar and battery storage projects • Collaborate with regional management and technical experts • Work with project development, grid, planning, legal, GIS, and other specialist departments

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in project development for ground-mounted solar, large-scale battery storage, or wind projects in Germany • Experience using project management tools and financial models • Extensive knowledge of the German renewable energy market and a strong network • Determination and drive • Persistence in achieving goals • Highly organized with a strong drive to succeed • Ability to establish and maintain strong networks within and outside the company • Ability to handle challenging situations during high-pressure project phases • Excellent negotiation skills • Solution-oriented approach with analytical skills • Fluent communication in German • Ideally, communication in English • Diploma, bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
